These Terms of Sale apply to purchases from KNIT KITE LLC through knitkitehome.com and supplement the Terms of Service.
Product listings and pricing
Product titles, descriptions, images, specifications, availability, and prices are shown on the applicable product page. Prices are in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated. Taxes are calculated at checkout where required.
Order and payment
Submitting an order authorizes the selected payment method for the total shown at checkout. An order is accepted when we confirm acceptance or begin fulfillment. We may decline or cancel an order for legitimate reasons and will refund collected funds when applicable.
Delivery
U.S. standard shipping is free. The business-day cutoff is 2:00 PM ET. Processing takes 1–2 business days, estimated transit takes 3–5 business days, and total estimated delivery is 4–7 business days. Weekends and U.S. public holidays are excluded.
Order changes and cancellation
Contact us before shipment to request an address change, order modification, or cancellation. Requests are not guaranteed after fulfillment begins. Shipped orders cannot be canceled.
Returns, exchanges, and refunds
Eligible return requests are accepted within 30 days after delivery. Authorization is required and authorized returns must be sent within 14 days. KNIT KITE LLC pays authorized return and exchange shipping, and no restocking fee applies. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5 business days after receipt and inspection; the payment provider may require an additional 3–10 business days.
Errors and damaged orders
Report damaged, missing, or incorrect items within 7 days after delivery. We may request the order number, photos, and other reasonable information to resolve the matter.
